Judge Rich was an exceptionally effective mediator. He has a very calm demeanor, but, somehow, you know that he has a fire in his belly to get the case settled. He was excellent with our client who was very tender about the death of her husband and fearful of a jury trial. Judge Rich set her at ease and appropriately consoled her about her loss. We didn't get it settled, but we got close and Judge Rich stayed engaged for several weeks after the day of medition. I have recommended him to my peers and partners and will definitely use him again.

I write to share my experience with Honorable Randy Rich as a Mediator at Henning. I have known Judge Rich for over 20 years and always admired his intellect, demeanor, sense of fair play and judgment as exercised by him as a trial judge in Gwinnett County over this extended period. Having recently mediated with him, I can attest that he carried to Henning all of these positive attributes that he displayed on the bench which make him a seasoned evaluator and capable dispute resolution officiant. Will definitely use him again.

I've had the pleasure of Judge Rich serving as a mediator and an arbitrator in various cases. He brings a wide range of experience from his years as a Judge. As a mediator, he is willing to listen and uses a calming and straightforward approach with clients. As an arbitrator, he applies the law and isn't afraid to side with the party who should prevail.

Randy Rich is an excellent mediator. I recently had two cases and Randy Rich was selected as the mediator. He did an outstanding job and was willing to continue to mediate the parties after the initial mediation at Henning. His efforts led to the eventual resolution of one of the cases. Randy Rich has an unique insight and perspective on the mediation process and I would highly recommend him as a mediator.
