Travel Policy

Hearings outside metro Atlanta area - $325.00 per hour for travel time; plus customary travel expenses including, but not limited to airfare, mileage, car rental, lodging and meals.

Seven hour minimum for all cases outside of metro Atlanta.

Biography

For nearly 40 years, Edward Krugman has litigated complex civil cases at Bondurant, Mixson & Elmore, LLP, achieving optimal outcomes for both plaintiffs and defendants. The types of cases Edward has handled at his firm include breach of contract, business torts, trade secrets, unfair competition, copyright, trademark and patent litigation, class actions, antitrust, employment, securities, corporate governance, high asset divorces, and direct selling company disputes.

Edward has participated as an advocate in scores of mediations as counsel, has served as an arbitrator in numerous fee disputes for the State Bar of Georgia, and has also served as a special master. Chambers USA has recognized Edward as a leading lawyer in the fields of general commercial litigation and antitrust, and he has been honored as an Atlanta Super Lawyer every year since the award’s inception.
