Travel Policy

Hearings outside metro Atlanta area - $325.00 per hour for travel time; plus customary travel expenses including, but not limited to airfare, mileage, car rental, lodging and meals.

Seven hour minimum for all cases outside of metro Atlanta.

Biography

For nearly 40 years, Edward Krugman has litigated complex civil cases at Bondurant, Mixson & Elmore, LLP, achieving optimal outcomes for both plaintiffs and defendants. Edward has participated as an advocate in scores of mediations as counsel, worked as an arbitrator in numerous fee disputes for the State Bar of Georgia, and served as a special master. Honored as an Atlanta Super Lawyer every year since the award’s inception, Chambers USA recognized Edward as a leading lawyer in general commercial litigation and antitrust.
