Travel Policy

Hearings outside metro Atlanta area - $325.00 per hour for travel time; plus customary travel expenses including, but not limited to airfare, mileage, car rental, lodging and meals.

Seven hour minimum for all cases outside of metro Atlanta.

Biography

As a practicing attorney for over 30 years, Greg Hecht has served as lead counsel in over 300 trials and 1000 hearings, representing both plaintiffs and defendants. He was recognized by his peers as Legal Elite in Georgia Trend Magazine for multiple years, as well as a Super Lawyer in Atlanta Magazine. With an AV Rating from Martindale Hubbell, Greg also served as lead counsel in class/collective action matters and international arbitration. Passionate about serving his community, Greg previously served as a State Senator and State Representative. He is married with 3 children.
