Scott A. Schweber is a seasoned attorney with nearly four decades of experience in the legal field, having established his practice in Atlanta, Georgia, after obtaining his Juris Doctor from Emory University in 1985. His career began with a focus on utility rate litigation at the Georgia Public Service Commission, where he honed his skills in complex regulatory matters.
