Biography

Alfred B. Adams III was a high stakes litigator for 46 years. His work included commercial, tort, product liability, environmental, construction and probate cases; both for plaintiffs and defendants. For more than two decades he successfully mediated many of these cases to settlement. Having recently retired from his firm, he is ready to use his knowledge and skills to assist Henning clients in resolving their complex disputes. Al approaches his role as a neutral with an unbiased but informed sophistication, very goal oriented to achieving a win-win for the parties. While his legal understanding will be of great benefit, he is focused on a fair resolution of each new matter.
